This role is located in Cincinnati, OH and is 100% onsite. The salary range is $70,000 - $95,000 per year, based on your skills and experience. A leading manufacturer across North America seeks a Senior Credit & Collection Specialist to join its Financial Shared Services team.

• Monitor accounts receivable, identify overdue accounts, and implement strategies to collect outstanding payments.
• Manage overdue accounts through customer outreach, complex collections, and coordination with third‑party agencies.
• Negotiate payment plans to recover debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Assess credit risk, verify financial status, and recommend credit approvals or rejections.
• Support monthly bad‑debt reserve assessments and ensure policy compliance.
• Resolve billing disputes and customer inquiries related to invoices and payments.

• Associate’s degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in credit, collections, or related accounting roles.
• Solid understanding of collection and accounting concepts.
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with large ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
