As our firm expands, we have an opportunity for a seasoned Tax Director, looking to make an impact, who will be responsible for growing and serving our Cincinnati tax clients.

• Active CPA license
• 10+ years of experience in business taxation working for a Big 4, large national, or regional accounting firm
• Experience with executing the strategy and plans to grow a practice through expansion of services to existing clients and obtaining new clients.
• Exceptional client service skills leading to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and empower people and teams.
• Excellent and enthusiastic ability to build and maintain relationships, engage others, and establish connections.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
