Work outside the office in local schools and municipalities.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience. - Licensing:
State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66. - Personal Attributes:

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self‑confidence. - Mindset:

- FINRA Sponsorship:
Provided for required FINRA licensing. - Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): 120‑day comprehensive hands‑on training.

- Sign‑On Payment:
Based on time to complete required FINRA licenses and PEP. - Base Salary:
Annual salary for eligible financial professionals. - Commissions and Bonus:
