At the Business Service Center, our goal is customer delight. The BSC Service team is responsible for effectively supporting all aspects of the products assigned to Treasury Management, which includes Commercial Online Banking, Lock Box Services, Cash Vault, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Wires, and ACH Origination.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries relating to bank products and services from business clients, Treasury Management officers, branch staff, and internal partners.
- Remain current on products, services, policies, and procedures for the department.
- Resolve issues with varying degrees of complexity through account research and utilization of support materials and resources.
- Escalate requests requiring additional knowledge or expertise as defined by department leadership.
- Accept incoming calls from business clients and internal employees; answer questions, resolve issues, and educate on system capabilities while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Take ownership of problem resolution from start to finish for issues presented by clients and internal employees alike.
- Perform additional support functions as assigned by leadership.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel; basic computer skills.
- 1-3 years of Deposit Operations or Cash Management experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Prior banking experience preferred; prior clerical/data entry experience preferred.
- Must be self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
Occasionally lifts and carries up to 50 lbs; occasionally stands and walks; frequently sits.
Compliance StatementThe associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures (Bank Secrecy Act, Anti‑Money Laundering, OFAC, suspicious activity reporting, and other lending/deposit compliance).
Job Type & LocationContract position based out of Wyoming, OH.
Pay and Benefits- Pay range: $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
