Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Analyst role located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Analyst will assist in mergers and acquisitions, capital advisory projects, and financial analyses. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed financial models, conducting and interpreting market research, analyzing business performance, drafting client presentations and reports, and collaborating with senior team members to support clients’ strategic objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Valuation Techniques
  • Strong Research and Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Effective Communication and Presentation Skills, along with Report Writing experience
  • Knowledge of Corporate Finance Principles, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Market Trends
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related analytical tools
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Previous experience in investment banking, finance, or consulting is highly beneficial
  • Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment
