Join Finit Solutions as a Senior Consultant in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) domain. You will help execute tasks on CPM projects or work streams.

• Responsible for the build, testing, validation, and support efforts through various phases of a project with minimal assistance.
• Work alongside client SMEs and provide support for the financial processes developed within the application.
• Produce high quality work product.
• Coordinate with the Fint project team on tasks and responsibilities necessary to effectively meet project milestones and communicate status regularly.
• Demonstrate ability to identify workstream tasks and understand interdependencies.
• Execute data reconciliation efforts as directed.
• Conduct end‑to‑end testing of system components and functionality.
• Escalate project risks to leadership timely.
• Assist in all areas that will help drive project success.
• Build and develop authentic client and Fint relationships.
• Ensure a respectful and team‑oriented work environment on projects.
• Provide real‑time on‑the‑job feedback to team members and communicate openly with clients to obtain feedback.
• Participate in internal Fint activities.
• Assume ownership of personal growth at Fint and continuously seek to broaden and develop new skills.

• Ability to produce quality work independently.
• Understanding of functional knowledge areas: financial statements, financial ratios, planning and budgeting concepts, multi‑dimensional concepts, financial terminology, and accounting functions.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, tailoring communication to audience.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Energized by projects with high degree of uncertainty.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting ability.
• High competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Previous One Stream experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent a plus.
• CPA a plus.
