• Assist in preparation and review of US, State & Foreign Accounting for Income Taxes (ASC 740), including reviewing numerous book vs. tax differences;
• Assist in review of foreign income tax returns and reconciliation of US GAAP financials to local statutory tax returns;
• Oversee completion of federal and state income tax returns, including related analysis and support;
• Perform in-depth tax research and evaluate alternative interpretations of key provisions in the U.S. Internal Revenue Code using professional judgment;
• Assist with tax‑related projects, such as transfer pricing, tax planning initiatives, estimated tax calculations, R&D tax benefits, and other incentives;
• Coach, counsel, and educate finance personnel and company leadership on tax compliance issues;
• Manage relationships with external consultants and advisors to ensure satisfactory standards of service.

• Bachelor’s degree plus CPA or MBA;
• Advanced knowledge of federal tax compliance, federal tax accounting, tax analysis, and tax research;
• Knowledge of ONESOURCE Income Tax is preferred;
• Ability to supervise, oversee, and provide direction to team members;
• Effective communication skills, including positive influencing, listening, and delegation;
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to review others’ analysis for accuracy;
• Excellent theoretical and practical grasp of tax and regulatory principles as they apply to business;
• Proven ownership of projects and drive to timely completion.
