Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will manage financial records, oversee accounting processes, and ensure accuracy in reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain the integrity of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.

- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.

- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures.

- Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure proper documentation.

- Utilize Acumatica software to streamline accounting tasks and improve efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.

- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial data. Requirements - Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.

- Proficiency in Acumatica accounting software.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data effectively.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members.

- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance.
