We are hiring an experienced and motivated Lead
Esthetician currently based in Cincinnati
, OH who is ready to relocate to Florida
. You will begin with a paid two-week training period in Cincinnati before transitioning to one of our busy Florida locations. The company provides housing, a vehicle, and your travel ticket to Florida
.

This position requires travel between multiple spa locations. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel and able to adapt quickly to new environments and teams.

• Perform professional skincare consultations and treatments
• Recommend and sell skincare packages and retail products
• Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared and maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold spa health standards
• Travel to various Florida spa locations as needed
• Provide exceptional customer care and client satisfaction
• Stay current on skincare trends, products, and techniques

• Valid Esthetician License
• Experience in a spa or medspa environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales confidence with a customer-focused approach
• Highly organized and adaptable to change
• Willingness to travel regularly and support multiple teams

• $4,000/month base salary
• Uncapped commission on sales
• Housing provided in Florida
• Company car for work use
• Travel ticket from Cincinnati to Florida provided by the company
• Paid training for two weeks in Cincinnati, OH
