The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for assigned beauty brands. This role combines customer service, beauty education, and sales leadership, building customer relationships both in-store and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers' goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready, build customer loyalty, and support a welcoming team environment.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
