Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized, creative treatment plans that help residents rebuild strength and confidence.
  • Guide and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure excellent outcomes.
  • Collaborate with nurses, OTs, SLPs, and other team members to deliver holistic care.
  • Keep up with and productivity standards (we keep it manageable).
  • Most importantly — be a trusted partner and advocate for your patients’ health journeys.
Qualifications
  • A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • A valid (or pending!) state PT license — new grads welcome
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before hire)
  • ✨ Bonus points if you’ve worked in acute care, long‑term care, or senior rehab — but not a deal breaker. We care more about your heart for healing.
