Digital Health Systems Co‑op Student
Full‑time co‑op student for the Digital Health Systems team at UC Health. The student will provide support across IS&T functional areas while learning through mentoring and hands‑on experience.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 0–6 months equivalent experience
- Current student in a university‑sponsored program pursuing a degree, completed at least 1 year of college training.
- Gather and assess information for reliability, reasonableness, and completeness.
- Prepare summaries using standard Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Have good writing skills for summarizing analyses and assessments.
- Work with UC Health associates from all areas of the campus.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of digital health solutions that address patient needs, community health goals, or organizational objectives.
- Ensure all programs comply with healthcare regulations, security, and quality standards.
- Support UCH teams with user testing, troubleshooting, and refinement of digital health tools.
- Collaborate with clinicians, IT, and administrative staff to improve the digital health experience.
- Collect, review, analyze, interpret, and communicate program data to track performance metrics and outcomes.
- Present regular reports for UCH DHS and other stakeholders as assigned.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and make evidence‑based decisions to optimize program delivery.
- Assist with ensuring programs adhere to healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Identify potential risks and barriers related to program implementation and delivery, taking corrective actions when needed.
- Help create training materials and provide support to contribute to documentation of processes, workflows, and lessons learned.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.
