• Eligibility to work in the United States (Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate, etc.)
• Certification of Completion from an approved 40‑hour PCA class
• CNA license, if applicable
• PPD/TB test or Chest X‑ray (less than 5 years) – willing to obtain within 60 days of hire
• Reliable transportation
• First Aid/CPR card – willing to obtain within 60 days of hire
