This role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring smooth office operations.

• Ensure timely collection of patient receivables and insurance payments.
• Process payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with patients and insurance providers regarding billing inquiries.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare collections.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
