Medical Biller

We are seeking a Medical Biller for a full-time, hybrid role located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Medical Biller will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate medical claims to insurance providers, resolving billing errors, processing claim denials, and ensuring compliance with medical billing regulations. Additionally, the role involves verifying insurance coverage, adhering to ICD-10 coding standards, and staying updated on Medicare policies to ensure proper reimbursement.

• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and ICD-10 coding standards
• Experience in identifying and resolving Denials and insurance claim rejections
• Proficiency in working with Insurance processes and Medicare compliance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and coding tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with patients, payers, and healthcare providers
• Experience with medical billing software and systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications (e.g., CPC, CPB) are a plus
• Coachable
