We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, who is confident with difficult blood draws and can provide excellent care in a fast-paced, early morning mobile setting. This role requires open availability, including early morning start times (as early as 2:00 am), rotating weekends and participation in an on-call schedule.

• Travel a daily route to different nursing facilities
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation
• Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA, and company protocols
• Work cooperatively with all Solaris departments
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision
• Complete timesheets, mileage logs and other records accurately
• Maintain a good driving record
• Have a reliable vehicle that can meet daily driving requirements
• Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

• Minimum of two years phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy is a plus)
• Reliable vehicle, car insurance and driver’s license
• Smartphone for communication and routing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professionalism, punctuality and a patient-focused mindset
