KNK Recruiting, LLC is looking for a Home Health Care Aide Contractor (Part Time) for our client in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pay: $15/hr - $20/hr (1099 contractor). Schedule: Flexible hours:
Day (8am-4pm), Evening (4pm-12am), Night (12am-8am).

• Annual bonuses and additional rewards for dedication and referrals.

• Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor health, assist with medication reminders, and provide companionship.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Respond calmly in emergencies, prioritizing patient well‑being.
• Ensure the home environment remains safe and clean.
• Engage patients in enriching activities such as puzzles, games, art, conversation, and outdoor time.
• Offer emotional and cognitive support to promote well‑being.

• Compassionate heart and desire to make a difference.
• Reliable transportation within the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas.
• Availability to work in patients' homes; prior home health care experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new tasks.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Good understanding of compassionate care and its impact.
