Medical Collections Specialist – Full Time
Mayfield Spine Surgery Center is hiring a Full Time Medical Collections Specialist to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations.
Position responsibilities:
- Ensure timely collections of patient receivables and insurance companies.
- Work weekdays only – no holidays or weekends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of healthcare collection experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills over the phone and in writing.
