Clinical Manager – School-Based Services
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 DOE (up to ~$78,900) + Bonus Potential
Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr – $78,000.00/yr
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Role Highlights
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision for school-based behavioral health programs
- Supervise therapists and support staff; provide licensure-track supervision
- Ensure delivery of trauma-informed, evidence-based clinical services
- Oversee treatment planning, interventions, and discharge processes
- Review clinical documentation for quality, compliance, and accuracy
- Partner with leadership on quality improvement, audits, and best practices
- Support trainings, staff development, and team culture initiatives
- Travel locally to support school-based programs (some evenings/weekends)
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active Ohio LISW‑S or LPCC‑S license
- 5+ years working with children and/or families
- 3+ years of clinical supervision or leadership experience
Preferred
- Experience in school-based behavioral health services
- Strong expertise in diagnostics, treatment planning, and clinical interventions
