Regional Sales Director - Hospice at Care Hospice, Inc.
OverviewAs the Regional Sales Director at Care Hospice, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize the industry and provide exceptional care to our community. This role is more than just hitting quotas – it's about building something extraordinary. We're looking for someone who thrives on developing, coaching, and mentoring others to greatness. Territory includes our Sanctuary Ohio Hospice Programs located in Akron, Columbus, Cleveland, Youngstown, Cincinnati, and Dayton, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead our team of hospice agency community liaisons with finesse, ensuring they're motivated and focused on nurturing relationships with our target accounts.
- Provide hands‑on training and support to our community liaisons, empowering them to excel and deliver top‑notch account management.
- Create insightful reports on visit frequency, referrals, and other crucial metrics for the region, helping fine‑tune strategies.
- Assist in the recruitment process for open or new community liaison positions, assembling a high‑performing team.
- Stay informed about market trends, competition, and the latest sales techniques and strategies, ensuring we're always ahead of the game.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum four years of healthcare sales/community liaison experience, preferably in hospice.
- Minimum two years of management experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of hospice regulations.
- Demonstrated success in growing local or regional patient census.
- Must be willing to travel and spend at least 70% of time in assigned markets. Candidate must live in their territory.

$140,000 – $150,000 per year (average pay range). Compensation depends on experience and responsibilities; final rate confirmed at interview.
