Nursing Assistant (NA) – PRN Nights

Hours:

7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Pay: $22.44 per hour

• Perform services for patients including bathing using basin‑less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and hair care.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs.
• Keep patients’ rooms in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years).
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (e.g., medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student).
