Registered Respiratory Therapist; RRT) Dayshift

Our team is dedicated to supporting the unique needs of each individual, and we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dayshift team.

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) DAYSHIFT, you will provide expert respiratory care and therapy to our residents during the day, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work closely with our day nursing staff and medical professionals to deliver seamless care. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RRT to join our team and help us provide the highest level of care to our residents.

• Provide high-quality respiratory care and therapy to residents on ventilators and oxygen during the day
• Monitor and assess respiratory status regularly, responding quickly and skillfully to emergencies
• Conduct ventilator checks, trach care, and administer bronchodilator therapies
• Thoroughly document all care, treatments, and resident changes during your shift
• Partner with day nursing staff and medical professionals to ensure seamless care
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure safety for every resident
• Support new admissions and communicate any daytime developments to the night team

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Active Ohio RRT license
• At least one year of experience in respiratory care strongly preferred
• Skills in ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and passionate about resident well-being
