IL Night Shift Housekeeper, MKV

Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community located in Springdale, OH is looking for Full-time shift Housekeeper to add to our housekeeping team! This is a Monday – Friday position with no weekends or holidays. Hours for this position are 330p‑1130p. The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $17.50 per hour. There is also a shift differential for working night shift.

Pay is based on prior experience.

The Night Shift Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility during evening hours. This role plays an important part in supporting infection control and ensuring a comfortable, healthy environment for all.

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, lounge areas, and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners, vacuum floors, and some dusting
• Restock paper products, and cleaning supplies as needed
• Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glass.
• Communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor
• Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with residents, resident families, and fellow coworkers.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Keeps utility storage rooms in good order by arranging supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned
