We’re looking for a talented, hands-on Sous Chef to partner with the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional food and memorable guest experiences. If you’re passionate about great food, team development, and high kitchen standards, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee food preparation, production, and presentation according to established standards.

Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff; assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance management.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Address guest concerns professionally and support guest satisfaction.

Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of line cook experience; supervisory experience preferred;
Marriott experience a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.

Valid food safety or food handler certification.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to read recipes, banquet event orders (BEOs), and operating procedures.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
