Payroll Manager – Global Operations

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead global payroll operations for a diverse workforce across multiple countries. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, with a focus on driving efficiency and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for both hourly and salaried employees worldwide.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, including calculations for wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Lead payroll operations using ADP and other integrated payroll systems.
• Partner with HR to manage employee data changes, onboarding, and terminations.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support financial and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with accounting for payroll reconciliations and audits.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll and deductions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll management experience, including international payroll oversight.
• Strong expertise in ADP and other payroll systems.
• Solid understanding of U.S. and international payroll compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with payroll reporting tools.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.
