Responsibilities- Ensure that compensation practices comply with relevant regulatory agencies.
- Stay up to date on labor laws, tax regulations and other legal requirements related to compensation.
- Analyze salary data to make sure compensation packages are competitive.
- Manage and execute bonus plans.
- Benchmark against industry standards.
- Work on strategies to retain top talent.
- Evaluate organization’s compensation structure and establish appropriate salary ranges.
- Draft job descriptions and classifications.
- Drive related analytics to support business decisions.
