As an internal Manufacturing Recruiter, you’ll join our recruiting team and play a hands‑on role in helping local professionals take the next step in their careers while supporting the growth of manufacturing teams throughout the region. This is a full‑cycle recruiting role for someone who’s driven, people‑first, and motivated by meaningful results.

• Source, screen, and place manufacturing talent in contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire roles
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through calls, email outreach, Linked In, and networking
• Develop relationships with candidates to understand their goals, experience, and long‑term fit
• Create clear, thoughtful candidate profiles for internal and client use
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through offers and next steps
• Stay organized, responsive, and proactive in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment

• A sales-oriented mindset with a passion for results
• Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships
• Comfort making outbound calls and starting conversations
• Strong time management and follow-through
• A collaborative, team‑first attitude paired with personal accountability

• $50,000–$60,000 base salary + uncapped commissions
