As a Healthcare Recruiter
, you’ll be the connection between talented clinicians and the facilities that need them most. Every call, conversation, and placement you make directly impacts patient care across the country. This isn’t just recruiting — it recruiting with purpose.

- High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is a plus
- A proven record of success — in recruiting, sales, customer service, or any role where drive and determination led to results
- Self-motivation and a relentless desire to exceed goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to multi-task, stay organized
, and move fast without sacrificing quality - Openness to coaching and continuous improvement — because growth never stops
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and CRM systems

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of recruiting, sales, or staffing industry experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare roles
- Phone-based experience (customer service, inside sales, or call center)
- Consultative or relationship-based sales experience
