A reputable construction firm is looking for a Recruiter – Craft Force to enhance their talent acquisition efforts. You will oversee recruiting for early-career hires, managing co-op and internship programs, and representing the firm at various events. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of recruiting experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with educational and community organizations.

This role may require occasional travel, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
