Carson Lynch is recruiting for a Payroll Manager with a well‑established company in Hebron, KY. This is a great opportunity to modernize payroll operations and support a multi‑location, 900‑employee organization.
What You’ll Do:- Lead payroll for ~900 employees (700 hourly) across 5 plants/manufacturing facilities
- Drive automation, reporting, and process improvements
- Partner with operations and conduct occasional day trips (all within 90 minutes)
- Work closely with a PT ADP consultant during modernization
- Support the transition of a long‑tenured payroll employee into a new role
- Strong payroll leadership experience
- Multi‑location or high‑volume hourly payroll background
- ADP experience is a plus
- Someone who enjoys improving systems and leading change
