Talent Manager
Manager of Professional Services - Talent Acquisition - On Demand Central
Location: Mostly Remote (on‑site client visits & team collaboration as needed) — U.S.
SUMMARY
As a Sr. IT Recruiter at a high‑paced consulting and staffing firm, you will own the end‑to‑end recruiting lifecycle for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire technology roles that support our clients’ transformation programs. You’ll partner closely with sales and delivery leaders and client stakeholders to translate business needs into targeted talent strategies, build diverse pipelines, and drive an efficient, high‑quality hiring experience.
You act as the bridge between employers and job seekers, ensuring smooth communication, cultural fit, and timely execution across every step.
Client & Needs Analysis
- Lead structured intakecovery sessions with hiring managers and client points of contact to confirm role requirements, success criteria, and team culture; document job specifications and service‑level expectations.
Sourcing & Attraction
- Execute multichannel sourcing plans (job boards, social platforms like Linked In, internal databases, employee referrals, and targeted networking) to engage both active and passive talent.
- Craft compelling job postings and outreach that reflect client brand standards
Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct resume reviews and structured phone/video screens; evaluate skills, project history, certifications, and alignment to client environments; present calibrated shortlists with candidate market notes and risk flags.
Candidate Management
- Prepare candidates for technical and behavioral interviews; coordinate schedules across client and internal teams; maintain transparent, professional communication from first contact through decision.
Offer, Compliance & Onboarding
- Partner with account leaders to negotiate offers and close candidates; facilitate background checks, employment authorization verification, and onboarding logistics to enable fast, compliant starts.
Data, Reporting & Process Excellence
- Maintain accurate, timely records in the ATS; produce weekly hiring status updates and pipeline health metrics for stakeholders; uphold documentation standards that support auditability and performance insights.
Relationship Building
- Cultivate trusted relationships with clients, candidates, and partner agencies to expand market reach, anticipate hiring needs, and create a superior experience at scale.
- Consultative Communication: Clear, structured communication and stakeholder management across clients and candidates.
- Organization & Execution: Ability to juggle multiple requisitions, shifting priorities, and deadlines while sustaining quality and compliance.
- Problem Solving & Judgment: Resourceful approach to market constraints, complex interview logistics, competing offers, and closing strategies.
- Talent Market Acumen: Understanding of IT roles (e.g., cloud, data, cybersecurity, enterprise apps), skill signals, and compensation trends.
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands‑on recruiting experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally in IT staffing/consulting; familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce (Talent Rover), Bullhorn, and Rippling.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of recruitment best practices and relevant employment laws/compliance standards (e.g., EEO, FCRA for background checks, and local wage/hour guidelines).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred;
- Success recruiting for enterprise IT programs (cloud migration, ERP modernization, data & AI initiatives).
- Experience supporting MSP/VMS ecosystems and SOW/contingent labor models.
- Collaboration: Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel), scheduling automation tools.
