Job OverviewThey are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of their clients. They offer competitive base salary plus uncapped commisssion.
Responsibilities- Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Maintain accurate candidates records in recruitment systems
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Previous recruitment experience is not required
- Customer experience preferred
- Competitive and driven nature
- KPI and results oriented
- Ability to manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
- Previous experience in healthcare industry
- Base salary of $42,000 to $50,000 depending on experience.
- Commission ranging from 5% to 12% of gross profit.
- Additional bonuses tied to individual and team performance milestones.
