HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Cincinnati Art Museum is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to run daily HR operations in partnership with the HR leadership. The role oversees recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, compliance, and administration.
The position is salaried exempt, 35 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with heavy onsite presence. Prior non-profit HR experience is preferred; SHRM/PHR certification is a plus.
