Position: Human Resources (HR) Recruiter
Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to join our team on a Contract basis. This role will lead end-to-end hiring efforts for technical and operational talent, while building strong candidate pipelines and fostering a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. The position also plays a key part in campus outreach, internship development, and data-driven hiring support for long-term workforce needs.

Responsibilities:

- Design and carry out creative sourcing approaches to attract candidates with relevant experience from diverse backgrounds through market research, networking, referrals, and direct engagement.

- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate review and interview scheduling to offer discussions and onboarding coordination.

- Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation data, and competitor activity within mission-critical and technical talent markets to support effective recruiting strategies.

- Create a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication, providing timely updates, and setting clear expectations at every stage.

- Build and manage an internship program in collaboration with local technical schools and universities, with an emphasis on engaging students at the entry level and senior level.

- Support workforce planning initiatives by identifying opportunities to transition high-performing interns into permanent entry-level employees.

- Work closely with People Solutions and hiring managers to ensure recruiting activities align with organizational policies and applicable employment regulations.

- Monitor recruiting performance indicators and prepare reports on talent pipeline strength, hiring timelines, and overall recruitment outcomes. Requirements - 3-5 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years supporting mission-critical, data center, or similar technical environments.

- Demonstrated success in attracting and hiring technical and operations professionals in competitive talent markets.

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Lever, Indeed, or comparable platforms.

- Strong capability in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with candidates.

- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and stakeholder priorities in a fast-moving environment.

- Highly organized work style with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through on recruiting activities. Talent Match®
