HELP is seeking an Area Human Resources Generalist to provide broad HR support across onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and policy administration. The role requires travel to multiple locations and Ohio/KY experience.
You will manage ADP workflows, payroll changes, and HRIS updates while handling sensitive information with integrity. Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in HR, a HS diploma at minimum (BA preferred), and proficiency with ADP/Paychex.
