We are in search of an experienced Sr. Business/ Data Analyst with at least 6+ years of experience to help support a Replenishment Evolution project.

• Knowledge in the business area of supply chain, specifically around warehouse and store replenishment.
• Ability to identify gaps and propose solution options for data required for integration with package solutions, including analyzing data to determine patterns and define solutions to address the gap or related issues.
• Skills for BA specific to RE (other than general BA skills):

• Resourceful
• Proactive
• Data mapping & analysis
• Troubleshooting complex data integration & source issues
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information

Activities for RE BA:

• Data Interfaces – requirements elicitation, documentation, source to target mapping, investigations, trouble shooting
• Lead investigations into data anomalies with business & technical teams
• Manage requirements, develop new requirements as business needs change
• Work with DBAs, DMs, ETL developers on enterprise data requirements, storage and access needed to support OE reporting or new source creation
• Collaborate with tangential project teams where overlaps exist
• Work with other team requirements & data needs
• Follow Agile Scrum methodology
