Title:
Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager
- Experience in supporting Symantec Endpoint Protection manager server and workstation clients in an enterprise environment
- Installation, configuration, and day-to-day management of Symantec Endpoint Protection
- Troubleshooting and tuning the performance of Symantec Endpoint Protection in the enterprise environment
- Experience deploying Windows Security patches using WSUS and SCCM to workstations in an enterprise environment
- Experience supporting, deploying, and managing Microsoft desktop environments (Windows XP and Windows
7) - Understanding of Windows operating systems, active directory, group policies, and related desktop environment
- Expertise in PC hardware, related peripherals, and unique configurations
- Experience with mission-critical services and applications in a large enterprise environment
- Experience using and troubleshooting System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and operating system deployments
- Proficient in System Center Configuration Manager and operating system deployments
