SAP HANA Modeler

Job Location:

Job Length:
Full Time / Permanent Position

Required Skills:

• At least 2 projects in SAP HANA (2 years minimum)
• 3-5 years in SAP BW, BO, and other ETL, with a minimum of 3 years in BW and BO

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and convert them into blueprints
• Define design documents for HANA models
• Configure SAP ECC accelerations using SAP HANA
• Translate functional specifications into technical specifications
• Translate business KPIs into HANA and define reporting layouts
• Define dashboard layouts
• Define metadata import processes
• Create packages
• Design and create HANA attribute views, analytic views, and calculation views
• Manage attribute mapping, create constant columns, and analytics privileges
• Create functions using SQL and calculated attributes
• Use currency as a unit of measure and activate impacted objects
• Compare object versions, display audit trails, and export/import models
• Manage modeling content and set up the information modeler
• Configure data services for metadata import and create schemas
• Manage schema mapping, gather business requirements, and translate them into KPIs
• Define business blueprints, create functional specifications, and design information models for HANA
• Validate data in reports and conduct UAT sessions with the business
• Perform functional walkthroughs, report unit testing, and report layout validations
• Present business value to users

Full-time permanent job, only open to GC, GC EAD, and US citizens. Onsite work required, no remote option.
