As a senior member of our IT team
, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and support of integration solutions that ensure seamless data interoperability across clinical and enterprise systems. This role combines technical leadership
, independent judgment
, and collaboration with clinical teams, IT staff, and external partners.

• Lead Interface Development: Build and maintain healthcare interfaces using Epic Bridges and Infor Cloverleaf

• Ensure Secure Data Exchange: Align with healthcare regulations and enterprise security policies.
• Optimize Performance: Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces, manage upgrades, and implement enhancements.
• Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior analysts and work closely with clinical and technical teams.
• Maintain Compliance: Develop documentation and uphold data governance standards.

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s in IT, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in healthcare IT with hands‑on expertise in interface engine management.

  Epic Bridges & Infor Cloverleaf, HL7, FHIR, JSON, X12, XML.
• Certifications: Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf Level 2.
