A leading IT services company is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to manage scrum teams and guide continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Scrum Master experience, with a background in software development or project management and a strong knowledge of Agile practices. Responsibilities include facilitating scrum ceremonies, ensuring the backlog is groomed, and removing impediments to improve team performance.

SAFe certification is required, and experience with Azure Dev Ops is highly desired. Enthusiasm for Agile methodologies is essential.
