• The UI Tech Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the development of UI-based applications, primarily designing and implementing user‑centric interfaces that align with business objectives and deliver seamless customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• This role involves a combination of technical expertise, team leadership, project management skills, and collaboration, along with excellent communication skills.

• Expert‑level proficiency in React and Type Script, with a strong portfolio of production SPAs.
• Deep understanding of SPA architecture patterns (component‑based design, client‑side routing, code splitting, lazy loading).
• Hands‑on experience implementing MQTT protocol over Web Sockets for real‑time, bidirectional communication.
• Solid grasp of state‑management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with modern front‑end tooling and practices:
  Webpack/Vite, Babel/ESBuild, Jest/React Testing Library, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
