This role supports supply chain and logistics operations through technology, data analytics, and business systems. An early‑career position ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0‑2 years of experience who want to grow in business analysis, IT systems, data analytics, or supply chain technology. The role works cross‑functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance and external technology partners.

$50,000 – $60,000 annually

JOB TITLE: Business Technology Analyst

SALARY RANGE: $50,000 – $60,000 annually

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of business system and application issues
• Assist in improving system integrations and operational processes
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Support data integration and validation for analytics and reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Support Business Intelligence tools and system updates
• Assist with the implementation of new supply chain and logistics technology platforms
• Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, and user guides
• Participate in technology and business improvement projects
• Provide occasional evening or weekend support as needed

• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships, co‑ops, or academic projects qualify)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical users
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Degree in Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Information Systems, or related field
• Experience or coursework in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), including Mercury Gate or similar platforms

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Data visualization tools (Tableau, Domo)
• SQL or database fundamentals
• Process mapping and documentation tools (Lucidchart, Visio)
• CRM systems and project management tools
• Exposure to programming languages such as Python, Golang, or C# is a plus

• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
