This position sits within our Training & Presales division, which is responsible for external client training, advanced sales/product demonstrations, internal product training, and ongoing support/partnerships with internal stakeholders.

The most important thing you will do at Construct Connect is to find ways to “delight the customer”, with outrageous, passionate customer service and support. On the Training & Pre Sales Team, we do this by guiding our customers through all the stages of adopting new technology including the initial consideration, the implementation, and the ongoing support of their new software.

• TRAINING – Provide scheduled Quote Soft product training sessions to new and existing customers in both classroom training environments. Update curriculum and documentation as products evolve. Document training path of clients in CRM. Act as subject matter expert on Quote Soft Duct or Pipe, BIM Connect, Plasma Connect, Rep, Fab Shop or Sheet Metal.
• PRESALES SUPPORT – Support the Sales Team with expertise and custom software demonstrations.
• TICKET QUEUE – Resolve inbound Quote Soft product user requests for Estimator Assistance.
• ON-GOING EDUCATION – Maintain expertise on all evolving software products and industry.
• INTERNAL TRAINING – Provide occasional internal team training for onboarding and product/industry expertise.
• PRODUCT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT – Provide consultative support to Product Management as directed.
• MARKETING TEAM SUPPORT – Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, webinars, white papers, and written content.
• ONLINE RESOURCING – Support Documentation and Media Design teams in reviewing content for user guides and training media.
• TRAVEL – Occasional travel for custom client training, regional classroom training, trade shows, and association conferences.
• MISC – Extended hours of sitting, standing, and speaking required.

• Experience delivering classroom and online training to groups and individuals with a professional, clear, and engaging approach.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

• General proficiency in Office 365, Zoom, Salesforce, etc.
• Experience with digital takeoff and estimating products such as On‑Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, Digital Production Control, Construct Connect Takeoff, Plan Swift, and Quotesoft.
• Degree or experience in construction science, estimating, or project management.
• Experience in general contracting, commercial, residential, or non‑drywall subcontracting.
• Accomplished public speaking skills.
• Experience with Camtasia a plus.

• Frequent sitting, telephone communication, and extended computer use. Visual acuity required.
• Maintain a dedicated ergonomically appropriate remote workspace.
• For those within commuting distance of our office locations, hybrid work with in‑office presence Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• All team members must reside and perform work within the United States.
