Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc., Cincinnati OH, has multiple openings for the position of Sr. Software Business Analyst. Work will be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Ability to travel and/or relocate is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The Sr. Software Business Analyst will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications for developers. Ensure the software being developed aligns with business objectives and meets user expectations. Collaborate with developers and users to improve production or service delivery, increase efficiencies, and enhance competence.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related technical/analytical field, plus six (6) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Required experience must include collecting and analyzing business data; monitoring and identification of information sources and data; analyzing data using statistical software; and risk management. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship available).

Base salary: $129,563 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, an employee assistance program, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
