We are seeking a Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Analyst II to support the growing Service Now Platform team within our Information Technology (IT) department. The IT department executes with passion and proficiency, delivering valued services that help our clients achieve their financial goals. The person who accepts this position will be challenged to perform complex tasks and rewarded accordingly.

As a Service Now CMDB Analyst II you will be a part of our Service Now Platform team. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Service Now CMDB workflows and integrations. In this role you will target and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and functions within the Service Now Platform.

Additional responsibilities include delivering new functionality and enhancements to Service Now Discovery, Software and Hardware Asset Management, and Service Mapping. You will have the opportunity to research and use new technologies as our Service Now Platform team implements the latest Service Now features.

This opportunity is ideal if you are experienced with Service Now CMDB and ITOM design and development work focused on CMDB integrations and Service Mapping. Qualified candidates also have experience working with and supporting Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Security Operations (SECOPS) processes. Additional desired qualifications include understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, an understanding of ITIL best practices, and working under Agile methodology.
