Job Description:

A Mar Tech Consultant specializing in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) partners closely with clients or internal stakeholders to architect, implement, optimize, and support real-time journey orchestration solutions leveraging AJO within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

Requirements &

Skills:

• Technical & Platform Expertise:
  Around 2+ years hands‑on with Adobe Journey Optimizer and 2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or equivalent journey orchestration tools.
• Mar Tech Integration & Architecture:
  Experience integrating AJO with AEP, Real‑Time CDP, Campaign, and Target. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), identity resolution, and centralized data governance.
• Analytical & Campaign
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in monitoring campaign performance, segmentation, personalization logic, and journey optimization.
• Consulting &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills; ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. Proven collaborator across IT, marketing, analytics, and C‑level stakeholders.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  
  12+ years in marketing technology or digital transformation roles, including CRM/CDP systems and journey orchestration.

Preferred:

• Adobe certifications in AJO or AEP
• Familiarity with Analytics (AJO, CJA), Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, governance, and security best practices.
