Sr. Software Business Analyst – Job #: 929244
Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc., Cincinnati, OH, is hiring for this role. Work will be performed in various locations throughout the U.S.; travel and/or relocation is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.
Responsibilities- Analyze business processes and gather requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for developers.
- Ensure software development aligns with business objectives and meets user expectations.
- Collaborate with developers and end‑users to improve production or service delivery, drive efficiencies, and increase competence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related technical/analytical field.
- Six (6) years of experience in an IT/Computer‑related field.
- Experience collecting and analyzing business data.
- Experience monitoring and identifying information sources and data.
- Experience analyzing data using statistical software.
- Experience in risk management.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship available).
- Base salary range: $129,563 – $137,186, plus incentives aligned with individual and company performance.
