Duration: Initial Term:

Service Now Developer / AdministratorWe are partnering with a rapidly growing, global organization to identify a Service Now Developer/Administrator to support multiple FedRAMP Service Now instances within a dynamic, Agile delivery environment. This is a hands‑on contract engagement focused on platform stability, enhancements, and support across multiple business units. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable Service Now solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, customize, and maintain the Service Now platform to support ongoing operational and project needs.
Perform administration and support activities including user management, workflow updates, integrations, and incident resolution.
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly system health checks to ensure availability and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams during platform upgrades, patching, and environment synchronization.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Support multiple environments (production and non‑production), ensuring consistent governance and documentation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint execution to align with evolving priorities.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
3+ years of hands‑on Service Now platform administration experience.
Proven track record working with core Service Now modules — Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB/ITOM.
Service Now System Administrator (CSA) certification (required).
Strong JavaScript and Service Now scripting experience for UI Policies, Business Rules, and Catalog Client Scripts.
Skilled in diagnosing performance issues, debugging integrations, and optimizing workflows.
Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – especially SPM or APM modules.
Service Now Certified Application Developer certification.
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification.
Familiarity with FedRAMP‑compliant environments or other high‑security deployments.
Contract Role – initial 12 month engagement with possible extension and lucrative access to permanent conversion.
Work within a collaborative team supporting enterprise‑scale Service Now environments.
Remote‑friendly, with occasional collaboration across distributed teams.
