Support Engineer – Cincinnati, OH.

We are seeking an entry-level Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As a PLM Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to the Engineering software.

Your expertise will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our product lifecycle management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to software functionalities, configurations, integrations, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to software-related challenges.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Document and track support cases, resolutions, and lessons learned for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in software installations, upgrades, and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Stay updated on the latest releases, updates, and industry trends related to CAD/CAM.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of best practices, guidelines, and documentation for software usage.
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software-related issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering timely and effective solutions.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
