Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. You will develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies. This role requires deep expertise in backend development with .NET and frontend development using Next.js, Angular, or React. Experience with Azure SQL, MySQL and Cosmos DB are essential.

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using .NET Core/C# and RESTful APIs.
• Build dynamic, responsive UI components using Next.js, Angular, or React with Type Script/JavaScript.
• Integrate and optimize data storage solutions with Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
• Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Key Vault).
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security of both backend and frontend components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Contribute to technical planning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and use tools like Jira/Confluence for project management.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Conduct unit and integration testing.
• Understand Azure resources such as Azure Container Apps, APIM, blob storage, SQL, Key Vaults.

Build and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines

• Develop Git Hub Actions workflows for code and Docker builds/deployments.
• Integrate code linting, security scanning, approvals, and environment gates into pipelines.

Deliver Scalable Solutions in Microsoft Azure

• Translate business and application requirements into cloud-native and hybrid Azure solutions.
• Ensure deployments are secure, scalable, and compliant with enterprise policies.

Collaboration & Dev Ops Practices

• Work cross-functionally with developers, architects, operations, and security teams to align infrastructure with application needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Review code, mentor team members, and promote Dev Ops best practices.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation: architecture diagrams, deployment guides, CI/CD pipeline workflows, operational runbooks, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Conduct internal knowledge‑sharing sessions and training.

Code Quality and Best Practices

• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Troubleshooting and Support

• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, including backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with Git Hub Actions (or equivalents like Azure Dev Ops Pipelines) to build pipelines for application delivery, manage secrets and environment approvals, and integrate security scans.

Monitoring, Logging & Troubleshooting

• Proficient with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Debugging skills using logs and metrics.

Dev Ops & Software Lifecycle Understanding

• Familiarity with Agile/Dev Ops practices, CI/CD concepts, and Infrastructure lifecycle.
• Awareness of cloud‑native and 12‑factor app principles.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• More than 6 years in full‑stack development roles.
• Proficiency in .NET Core/C#, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ.
• Strong experience with Next.js, Angular, or React;
